Know you’re making the right decisions.

What We Do

Big financial decisions can feel overwhelming, especially during major life transitions. You dont’ feel confident on how to move forward or identifying the right next step.

Sometimes you have to make big decisions: retirement account rollovers, social security applications, or what to do with cash.

Sometimes you have to make life-changing ones: do you have enough to retire or what to do when your partner has passed.

How do you know if you’re making the right decision? How does this all fit together?

Financial Foundation

You don’t have to figure it out alone. We know that understanding “how this works” is important to you. Below is our process, which we use as a tool to get us to the right place.

Whatever is urgent for you is always the most important thing. If you want to retire soon and you need a plan for that, we do that. If you are desperate to consolidate your investment accounts into one place, we do that.

Our financial core work usually takes three to six months, though it can take as long as you need. Once we finish the financial core work, we move into ongoing guidance. Below is a template for the meetings we’ll have, and we will adjust according to your needs. We aim to provide clarity, confidence, and a trusted guide to help you move forward with peace of mind.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Clear Structure: Five meaningful meetings designed specifically to align with your financial goals.
  • Personalized Attention: You won’t go through this alone. You'll work directly with me, ensuring consistent, tailored guidance and a trusted partner by your side.
  • Easy Preparation: Receive detailed emails outlining exactly how to prepare for each meeting, eliminating any guesswork.
  • See How Others Have Thrived: Read our client case studies to explore examples based on real client experiences, illustrating how we've helped individuals navigate transitions, retirement, and inheritances.

Let’s take the first step together.

Welcome & Connect

It’s a no-pressure conversation, just a chance to get to know each other and explore how we can help. You are not a client at this point, and there are zero commitments.
We discuss your expectations and hopes for this process. I explain our values and services to confirm pricing and timing are a good fit. At the end I outline clear next steps: if you decide to join, welcome! If not, no problem I will help you find a better fit.

MEETING ONE

Clarify Your Vision

I want to hear your story. We start by getting to know each other, and working through the vision for your ideal life.

I ask you personal questions. You ask me the burning questions on your mind. This is going to be a big relationship for both of us, and we want to start with the best foot forward.

What We Discuss:

  • What are your expectations of this relationship?
  • We take a deep dive to determine your goals and priorities.
  • What does retirement mean to you?
  • We carve out time to really feel your way into what you want your life to look like in the next several months and years.
  • Why do we spend so much time doing this? Because this work tells us the “why” of all the financial decisions you’ll make. If your vision is clear, the answers will find their way to the surface.

Continued Confidence with Ongoing Financial Guidance

The impact of your financial foundation grows over time. As we get to know you and your finances better, we can help you navigate life’s choices with more insight and confidence.

Each year, we anchor our work with a comprehensive annual meeting—our Annual Renewal Meeting—where we review your entire financial picture and set the course for the year ahead. But life doesn’t happen on a set schedule, and we’re here whenever you need us. Some years may be steady, while others bring big changes. Our biggest responsibility? To Be There When You Need Us.

In addition to ongoing meetings and support, our Service Calendar ensures we proactively address key financial areas throughout the year:

Winter (January – March)

  • Send 1099s to your CPA (Trust me, they love this!)
  • Make IRA contributions, including Backdoor Roth IRAs if needed
  • Fund retirement accounts and review cash flow
  • Assess retirement plan strategy and asset allocation Conduct a tax-efficient withdrawal review if needed

Spring (April – August)

  • Review tax returns and update tax planning strategies
  • Assess estate plans, beneficiary designations, and capital gains
